Great view. All our rooms had lovely views.
First time staying in log cabins and it was a breath-taking experience. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was too wonderful. Keep up the hospitality!

Dear Karen
My family and I had the most awesome stay at your place.
Not only is it value for money but the view is something out of this world and the beach is right on your doorstep. No driving and looking for parking. Pure bliss.
Living in the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg, peace and tranquility are one of our main priorities and we got that and so much more.
Friendly and efficient service is a rare commodity which your institution has mastered. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely add The Glasshouse to one of our annual holiday destinations.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Dalray.

Subject: The Glasshouse In P.S.J.
I'm writing this after seeing a letter forwarded to the owner of The Glasshouse in P.S.J. Some of the statements made were justly unfair.
We have just stayed in the master suit and had a wonderful time. The suit is clean. The bed and linen is a sleeper dream. The bathroom is typically shabby sheek and clean.
The kitchen and living area is simple and functional, furniture and study is not broken or dirty. To go to sleep with the sound of pounding surf and watching sunsets and sunrises over the river mount and beach is totally.
I will return here again.
Thanking you.Hi Bill and Karen
I would like to thank you for the excellent accommodation that you have provided for our staff that stay with you when on business in Port St Johns.
The rooms are superb with the lovely view over looking the ocean and the newly upgraded rooms are really nice, linen are always clean and cozy when the bad weather come through. Most important is the security that's provided at your guest house, never have I seen in most guest houses such alert guards on duty all night.
The winter fishing season is approaching and I will be booking a weekend stay at your place for my wife and kids.
Thanks again, god bless.
Kind Regards,Hi Karen, Derek and your crew
Compliments of the season to you guys! I trust I find you well. Just to let you know that we really had a great time in Port St Johns on our holiday.
However, to a huge extent, this was made possible by our choosing to stay at
the Glass House Lodge.
Not only did we find that we were at our 2nd home away from home due to the
very sincerely cordial and hospitable treatment we received at your lodge, but
we also found that, the Glass House offers the greatest value for money compared
to all other lodges in Port St Johns, given its good rates and what it offers
including the great ocean and river mouth views, which in our opinion is not
offered by anyone else. Remember before we left town, for one more day, we stayed
at a famous, supposedly rated lodge next to the river. Honestly speaking, we
felt like we were staying at a lodge in Jo'burg and the service wasn't so great.
All the best to you guys in 2014. Till we meet again (we will definitely come back), keep up the awesome service.

Dear Karen and staff,
The last time I stayed at The Glass House was 8 years ago and I enjoyed my stay
then, just as I enjoyed staying there this time from the 16th June to the 18th June.
I found the Master suite to be very clean and really welcoming and I did notice
all the improvements Since I was last there.
The staff and management were very pleasant and always willing to help. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and look forward to my next trip down
to Port St. Johns, although the town itself is not very clean, your establishment
is a breath of fresh air.
I am going to recommend your Glass House to all my friends that go that way
on holiday, as your prices are reasonable and the place is clean, welcoming
and peaceful. Keep up the good work, I do appreciate the service.
Warm regards,
Margie du Preez
More al jul mooi mense.
Ek wil net dankie sê vir julle vriendelike ontvangs, op die
29 April 2013.
Die plek is pragtig, veral die kamers, so skoon, die see uitsig absoluut
stunning.
die volgende oggend was net so stunning.
Nogmaal baie dankie.

Fantastic time
This is to let you know that we had a fantastic time at your establishment
last week. We all loved it and that is why the ladies wanted us to
stay the extra day - it was worth it. Thank you for your hospitality
and kindness; you really know how to interact with clients and made
our stay so enjoyable. Your passion about your industry made all the
difference.
We will definitely come again if we come that part of the country
and we are already your ambassadors!

Hi Karen,
My apologies for only replying now, but things have been so hectic
at work, and as they say in the classics work before play.
Karen, thank you very much for the time we could spend with you, and
for accommodating our animals as well. We really enjoyed the stay
and the chats we could have with Bill and yourself.
We trust that you are all well, so please give him our regards. We in particular enjoyed the room we stayed in, and will for future visits always try and stay in it, or the one adjacent, as they really have the best views.
The plan is to visit again in the near future, and to also bring friends with us, so be rest assured you will see us again. Thank you once more, and take care.
Regards,
Leon and Elmarie.
